Client Brief

The client required a landmark level-eight infinity pool that responded directly to the building’s distinctive horseshoe-shaped façade and strengthened its visual connection to Flemington Racecourse. The brief also called for a high-end residential amenity that met Australian Standards while carefully balancing energy efficiency, acoustic performance, and liveability for residents below.

Solutions

A 30m x 5m fully tiled infinity pool was designed and delivered through a collaborative Design and Construct approach with Pace Development Group and Aloha Pools specialist crews, ensuring the architectural intent was precisely translated into built form. The project incorporated a modified overflow system to reduce heat loss, advanced acoustic isolation mounts to eliminate noise transfer to the levels below, and a fully compliant structural system engineered to deliver both performance and a refined rooftop experience.
